INGREDIENTS: 1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup pignon (pine) nuts 2 cups fresh sweet basil, shredded coarsely 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp. salt 1) Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor till almost smooth. 2) Cover, chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
