INGREDIENTS:
1) Mix seasonings together & rub thickly all over turkey, pressing in with hands.
2) Refrigerate overnight.
3) In the morning, let the turkey come to room temperature.
4) Use aluminum or steel wire to truss legs, leaving a loop for a handle.
5) Fold wings under & pin neck flap with a bamboo skewer.
6) Bring 5 gallons peanut oil to 360 degrees in a large pot with a strainer.
7) Fry 3 minutes per pound. Drain in strainer.
